3. Use of Service
3.1 Users must register for an account to access the Service.
3.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
3.3 The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4. Purchase of Credits
4.1 Users can purchase Credits either via a subscription plan or on an ad-hoc basis.
4.2 Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected by the User.
4.3 Ad-hoc credits are purchased on a one-time basis.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 All payments must be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
5.2 We accept payments via credit card, PayNow, and other methods as listed on our website.
5.3 Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, including GST.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 All sales of Credits are final. No refunds will be provided for unused Credits.
6.2 Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be given for the remaining period.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7.2 Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Termination will result in the forfeiture of all unused Credits.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content and software provided as part of the Service are the property of the Company or its licensors.
8.2 Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
9.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for Credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
